About the company Orbweaver is a supply chain software and integration platform software company that helps manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and procurement teams modernize and automate complex commerce and operational workflows. Financial reporting & compliance Prepare timely, accurate GAAP financial statements and the monthly management reporting package, with variance analysis against budget and prior period. Prepare lender and investor reporting, including debt covenant calculations and compliance certificates. Coordinate sales/use tax, income tax, and other filings with outside tax advisors; monitor SaaS sales-tax nexus. Audit, controls & risk Serve as the primary contact for the annual external audit; prepare workpapers and the PBC list and resolve auditor requests.
