Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller for one of our portfolio companies, TruCore Holdings LLC, located in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Financial Controller will oversee financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company's financial planning and analysis efforts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, monitoring financial performance, and assisting in decision-making processes through data-driven insights. Qualifications CPA certification is required High level of proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance Expertise in Accounting principles and practices Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines High proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Previous experience in financial management or controlling roles Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
