Responsibilities:

Act as the financial advisor to plant leadership leadership understand: Profitability, Costs, Risks, Opportunities Produce financial reports: Ie statement, Balance sheet, Performance reports Ensure proper financial controls (prevent fraud/errors) Develop and manage annual budgets and ongoing forecasts Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, and overhead

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Experience in a publicly tradedpany environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Advanced analytical, problem-solving, andmunication skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Details:
