The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, experience managing financial processes, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage the general ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal, state, and local financial regulations. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management functions. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Support leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial documentation. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-7 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of U.S. accounting standards (GAAP) and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification preferred. Experience working in a multi-entity or project-based business environment. Prior experience managing financial processes in a growing company.
