110-140k Competitive base salary + bonus & benefits A well-established real estate-focused organization is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across development and real estate-related operations. This role partners closely with senior leadership and operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insights and support growth initiatives. Position Overview This FP&A role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while supporting real estate assets, capital projects, and long-range planning efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for real estate and development initiatives Build and maintain financial models supporting capital investments and long-term planning Analyze project performance, costs, and returns; provide actionable insights to leadership Partner with accounting, development, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for senior management Qualifications Prior FP&A experience with real estate, development, construction, or property-driven businesses Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Advanced Excel proficiency; ERP and reporting tool experience preferred Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus Why This Opportunity This FP&A role offers exposure to complex real estate initiatives, strong partnership with leadership, and long-term growth within a stable and well-capitalized organization.
