Maintain accounting oversight of cash activity, working capital, and balance sheet accounts, partnering with Finance leadership on cash visibility and needs. Design, implement, and maintain internal accounting controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules for completeness and accuracy. Own and maintain the accounting systems, chart of accounts, and related processes to ensure scalability and data integrity. Provide clean, reliable actuals and accounting insights to support FP&A, Sales, and Marketing reporting. Identify accounting risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 accounting professionals, establishing clear workflows and accountability. Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements, maintaining audit-ready documentation. Partner cross-functionally as the accounting subject matter expert within the Money team. This role is in the Finance team and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Perform other related duties as assigned. LEADERSHIP

Hold monthly one-on-ones with each team member to build upon their role duties and hold everyone accountable. Ask clear questions, increase everyone's knowledge, and empower the team so that we can get the best out of every person in your department.
