Operations Controller Salary:
$120-$140,000 Operations Controller – Why This Opportunity Stands Out Salary up to $140,000 Unlimited PTO Benefits begin on Day One Tuition reimbursement Hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day per week Highly visible role supporting manufacturing leadership and key business initiatives Opportunity to drive operational improvements and influence business performance Stable, growing organization with continued investment in its people and operations Collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and employee development Strong long-term career growth opportunities Operations Controller – Key Responsibilities Manage financial performance for manufacturing operations, including inventory, cost of goods sold, and capital expenditures Prepare forecasts, budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support business decisions Lead month-end close activities, inventory reconciliations, and operational performance reporting Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements Maintain accurate costing, financial controls, and compliance with corporate reporting requirements Operations Controller – Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience Strong SAP experience, including production orders, internal orders, and cost center accounting Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and standard costing Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills #LI-LJ1 #
