Experteer Overview In this role you will serve as the subject matter expert for portfolio construction and risk analytics within PMG, steering cross‑team programs that advance strategic initiatives. You will mentor analysts, apply quantitative and qualitative methods, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable value. You'll drive innovative solutions to support clients' investment goals and shape production rollouts. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional leadership position at Fisher Investments that blends analytics, program management, and change leadership.
Compensation / Benefits
Provide leadership for analytics, risk management, back-testing, and portfolio construction/automation programs across multiple teams
Manage prioritized programs to ensure delivery of measurable outcomes and value
Support strategic innovation by assessing needs, evaluating solutions, and implementing new programs
Maintain relationships with partners across IT, Legal & Compliance, Human Capital, third‑party vendors, and PMG teams
Create and oversee training materials for teams and business units
Coach, mentor, and train team members on program knowledge and products
Identify, build, and track metrics to evaluate success and drive improvements
Prioritize and communicate with vendors on new feature enhancements with significant impact
Organize research and testing to guide production rollout and strategy optimization
Contribute to education of Fisher employees on rollout solutions and ongoing production use
Lead change and transition management efforts within your team and across PMG Tasks
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of hands‑on optimization technology experience and leading investment/portfolio programs with quantitative analytics
Strong ability to elicit cooperation from senior management, clients, and other departments; excellent communication skills
Ability to identify needs and design effective solutions
Independent and collaborative team player with adaptability to changing priorities
Experience with portfolio construction tools such as Axioma, Barra, and/or FactSet Key requirements
