Job Description

Enterprise Performance Management:
Financial Planning & Analysis Oversight Provide strategic oversight for all FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting (operating, capital, and cash), and performance management. Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 4 matrixed analysts, partnering with 7 executive teams and ~60 business leaders. Establish governance, priorities, and standards for forecasting; coach teams to strengthen analytical rigor and deliver reliable, high‑quality projections. Drive modernization of FP&A tools, technology, and processes—championing automation, predictive analytics, and digital finance capabilities. Define, monitor, and enhance financial performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting packages. Direct and support ad hoc analysis initiated by Finance leadership or business partners. Communicate performance insights, drivers, variances, and recommendations through compelling storytelling and data visualization tailored to executive and non‑financial audiences. Treasury Operations & Cash Management Oversee ACR's treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and ecommerce platforms, in partnership with the Controller's Group. Maintain and continuously improve treasury systems, tools, and external partnerships. Lead cash flow forecasting (daily, weekly, 13‑week, and rolling) to optimize liquidity, minimize line‑of‑credit usage, support operational needs, and maximize investment portfolio performance. Maximize investment earnings by overseeing investment management processes, benchmarking, policy updates, and asset allocation.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required MBA preferred 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and strategic finance role with working knowledge and experience with investment and treasury operations 5+ years in a leadership role, with proven experience in developing FP&A teams and strong partnership with non-financial managers Expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience with financial AI and data tools Exceptional communication and business‑partnering skills, with the ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable guidance for non‑financial stakeholders MBA preferred- While working a hybrid schedule, preferred candidates will live in the DMV area and maintain a schedule of working around ACR's operating hours of 8:30A - 5:00P (EDT) while coming into office once a month for meetings. When working remotely, workers must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management, and be highly organized. Reliable internet connection is a must!
