Senior Director of FP&A Salary:

Senior Director FP & A:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's business model, operations, and key financial drivers Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing forecasting and reforecasting cycles Deliver actionable insights and financial analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision-making Build, enhance, and communicate financial models, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership team Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team (2–3 direct reports) Support the implementation and optimization of a new budgeting and forecasting system Utilize data visualization and BI tools to elevate reporting capabilities and business insights Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks Qualifications for the
Senior Director FP & A:
10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting Proven FP&A leadership experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field EB-1695773998
