What You'll Do Lead company-wide financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives across multiple business entities and partnerships Provide senior leadership with actionable financial analysis, business insights, and strategic recommendations Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury management, and internal controls Drive financial performance, operational efficiencies, and scalable processes that support company growth Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives Lead cash flow management, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and long-range planning efforts Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal governance requirements Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams Foster collaboration across departments while promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement What You Bring 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Required Senior leadership experience within financial services, insurance, wealth management, or related industries
- Preferred Private equity experience
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Required CPA, MBA, or advanced financial designation
