$180 - $200k

Requirements:

4+ years of FP&A leadership experience in the SaaS space + M&A exposure Based out of Pasadena, we are a high-growth technology platform specializing in digital privacy, security, and performance optimization for over 100 million users globally. We are seeking a Strategic Finance Director to partner directly with the SVP of Finance. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role responsible for leading FP&A, managing working capital, and driving financial discipline across a diverse portfolio of tech assets. You will play a critical part in modeling future growth scenarios and integrating new acquisitions into a unified financial framework. What You'll Do Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes. Build advanced financial models for revenue, cash flow, and SaaS metrics. Partner with M&A teams on post-acquisition integration and financial governance. Develop and monitor KPIs to provide visibility into business performance. Manage net working capital and optimize partner monetization strategies. Implement AI and automation tools to streamline financial reporting workflows. What You Need B.S. in Accounting, Finance or similar (MPA or CPA highly preferred) 10+ years of finance experience in SaaS Understanding of the full payment processing lifecycle and a demonstrated ability to reduce "revenue leakage" Exposure to M&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking Strong mastery of GAAP compliance and SOX internal controls Expert-level financial modeling Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Bonus points if you have experience leveraging AI to streamline finance processes and automate work flows Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with low premiums!
