D., or other Advanced Degree Preferred Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 10 years of commercialization or equivalent experience, with P&L management preferred Global commercial acumen and experience with ability to navigate complexity of global development stage gates and commercialization across markets Ability to analyze complex issues and make decisions based on data analytics working closely with forecasting and finance Intellectual curiosity and persistence with a strong desire for learning and ability to dive deeply into topics to uncover hidden drivers and root cause of challenges Ability to act decisively and empower teams to ensure clear prioritization and unlock barriers Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and handle complexity as well as operate under pressure while leading a pioneering organization in a highly competitive space Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and executive collaboration required Proven talent developer Hematology, Oncology or Cell Therapy/Gene Therapy experience strongly preferred Willing to travel up to 25% Why You Should Apply Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases. Compensation Overview:
$303,150- $367,350 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis.

160 hours annual paid vacation for new hires with manager approval, 11 national holidays, and 3 optional holidays Based on eligibility- , additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.
Eligibility Disclosure:
The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Summer hours are generally not available for field sales and manufacturing operations and may also be limited for the capability centers. Employees in remote-by-design or lab-based roles may be eligible for summer hours, depending on the nature of their work, and should discuss eligibility with their manager. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible. Contractors, leased workers and other service providers are not eligible to participate in the program.
