Job Description Our client is looking for a VP, Global Accounting & Finance. The position is hybrid in Brentwood, CA. Salary:
$200,000 - $250,000 Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team as the organization scales Oversee global financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and lender reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles Monitor debt covenant compliance and provide proactive visibility into financial performance and risk Manage development accounting, including CIP, fixed assets, capitalization, and depreciation processes Lead audit coordination and maintain effective internal controls for U.S. operations Oversee treasury functions including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships across entities and currencies Support payroll, benefits, and insurance administration in partnership with HR Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards and related reporting requirements Coordinate multi-jurisdictional tax compliance with external advisors Drive process improvements through automation, systems optimization, and adoption of financial technology tools Serve as primary liaison to external auditors, tax advisors, and technical accounting consultants Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5+ years leading multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional operations Big 4 experience and CPA preferred Experience in real estate, entertainment, media, or studio accounting strongly preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
with exposure to IFRS Expertise in lease accounting (ASC 842), debt compliance, covenant reporting, and external audit processes Experience with U.S. payroll and benefits administration Proficiency in NetSuite (multi-entity, multi-currency); experience with AP automation tools (Tipalti preferred) Strong Excel skills, experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint), and familiarity with automation or AI tools Proven leadership ability with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and experience developing talent Strong cross-functional communicator across finance, legal, HR, and executive teams The Solomon Page Distinction Our teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement. The position is hybrid in Margate, FL. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Supervise and support a small accounting/AP-AR team, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight Monitor high-volume transaction workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy Manage customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation processes Review aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies Assist in month-end close activities related to AR and AP functions Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the department Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Prior experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable required Industry experience in Infrastructure & Equipment preferred Experience supervising or leading an AP/AR or accounting team strongly preferred High-volume transactional environment experience is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Salary:
