Serves 4,200 patients annually 15 full time employees $4 million operating budget $5 million in assets Position Overview The Vice President of Mission Delivery is a key executive leadership role responsible for advancing Angel Foundation's™ mission delivery strategy, operational excellence, and community impact. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the VP of Mission Delivery provides strategic leadership and oversight for all mission-focused programming and services, including: Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA) Financial Cancer Care (FCC) Adult & Family Programs (AFP) Angel Packs™ Health Equity & Community Outreach Future mission delivery initiatives and program expansion opportunities This leader will play a central role in strengthening Angel Foundation's™ statewide impact by building scalable systems, fostering strategic partnerships, improving operational effectiveness, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for cancer patients and families. The ideal candidate is a visionary and highly collaborative leader with strong nonprofit/ healthcare experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for serving individuals and families experiencing hardship. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Organizational Impact Provide executive leadership for all mission delivery strategies, operations, and program expansion efforts. Partner closely with leadership, development, finance, and operations teams to align mission delivery with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that increase organizational reach, effectiveness, and measurable community impact. Identify opportunities to enhance programs, improve efficiencies, and strengthen service delivery systems. Responsible for serving 4,200+ patients and family members annually. Serve as a thought leader and organizational ambassador within the cancer care, healthcare, nonprofit, and social services communities. Program Leadership & Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day operations and leadership of all mission delivery programs and program staff. Ensure programs operate effectively, efficiently, and within approved budgets. Establish clear performance expectations, operational goals, and accountability measures for the mission delivery team. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on innovation, effectiveness, scalability, and patient experience. Monitor and evaluate program utilization, outcomes, and impact metrics. Deliver regular accurate reports that include individuals served, program performance, and community impact.

Community Engagement & Partnerships Cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, oncology professionals, social workers, employers, referral partners, and community organizations. Increase Angel Foundation's™ visibility and influence throughout the cancer community. Represent the organization through public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings. Identify new partnership and expansion opportunities that align with the mission and strategic plan. Financial & Analytical Management Develop and manage departmental budgets and operating plans. Utilize analytics, economic data, and cancer-related trends to support strategic decision-making and program growth. Monitor ROI, operational performance, and mission impact metrics and recommend necessary action Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership, board members, and stakeholders. Salary Range:
$102,000-$108,000
