This is an opportunity for an emerging finance leader who wants more than a traditional accounting role. The ideal candidate will lead finance and accounting operations while also wearing multiple hats to help support growth across the business. Responsibilities include managing monthly closes, forecasting, budgeting, banking relationships, cash flow management, and helping build scalable processes for a rapidly growing company.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong accounting/bookkeeping and finance experience
• Experience in a small but growing manufacturing or consumer products business
• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
• Strategic thinking skills combined with operational execution
