Job Description

Country Club Office Manger 950 North Quidnessett Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852 Full-time Full-time Quidnessett Country Club is currently seeking a detail-oriented Country Office Manger to join our team and ensure the financial health and integrity of our private club operations. In this vital role, you will oversee all accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support strategic financial planning. Your expertise will help uphold the club's financial standards, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the overall success of our member-focused environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting skills within a vibrant, community-centered setting.
Duties:
Manage the full cycle of accounting activities, including general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable processing, and bank reconciliations using accounting software. Strong Mathematical background Prepare and interpret financial statements, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning. Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and audit preparations to maintain accurate financial records. Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Support budgeting processes, cash flow analysis, forecasting, and financial management initiatives to optimize club operations.
Skills:
Expertise in financial report writing, interpretation of complex financial data, and general ledger reconciliation. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Experience with accrual accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping and debits & credits management. Strong communication skills for financial report presentation and collaboration across departments.
