Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations Prepare financial statements and reporting Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Handle month-end/year-end close Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Manage banking and lending relationships Work closely with ownership and senior leadership Qualifications 5-10+ years of Controller or senior accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Hospitality, country club, golf club, marina, yacht club, or private club experience preferred Strong accounting, financial reporting, and Excel skills CPA preferred but not required Compensation $130,000-$150,000+ depending on experience Higher compensation possible for the right candidate Benefits package included
