Job Description:

We are partnering with a growing real estate platform seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting and financial reporting across a multi-entity portfolio. This role works closely with operations and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting and consolidated financial reporting. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in line with GAAP. Manage accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with property management on operational and revenue reporting. Oversee lender reporting, compliance, and external relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 5+ years of real estate accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity structures. Experience with property management/accounting systems. Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
