Job Description

Where You'll Lead As Financial Controller, you'll guide the accounting backbone of a $180M, multi-location distribution platform—raising precision, pace, and decision-ready insight as we grow.
You'll:
Drive monthly/quarterly/annual close (goal: 4-5 business days) and produce GAAP financial statements Safeguard GL accuracy through strong reconciliations and executive KPI reporting Own multi-warehouse inventory accounting (reserves, shrink, obsolescence, cycle counts) and strengthen purchasing/receiving controls Advance internal controls, policies, audit readiness, and year-end review/tax coordination Improve cash flow and working capital across AR/AP/credit Scale systems through ERP optimization, automation, and reporting dashboards
Required:
Bachelor's in Accounting required and CPA/CMA preferred 7-12+ years progressive accounting; 3-5+ years leading teams Distribution/wholesale/product company experience ($100M+ revenue) Deep inventory accounting, ERP (Infor SX.e/NetSuite/Dynamics), advanced Excel If you're ready to grow toward CFO-level impact in Finance and Accounting, apply for this Controller role today.
