The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, along with the ability to contribute to strategic planning and executive-level decision-making.

A collaborative environment where your voice and expertise matter Direct partnership with executive leadership High impact leadership role with visibility across the organization Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Competitive compensation package including base salary and full benefits Key Responsibilities Analyze financial results, trends, costs, and budgets to support business decisions Coordinate audits with external auditors and assist with tax return preparation Prepare consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis Develop and present budget-to-actual reporting with detailed analysis Maintain fixed asset and debt schedules Oversee and manage the month-end close process File quarterly IFTA returns and annual PT-100s and business licenses Maintain company vehicle schedules and registrations
Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-4 years in a leadership role • Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or materials-based industries strongly preferred Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance Experience with SAGE preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines without supervision Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
