Assistant Controller

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, auditing, and month-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial reports using tools such as Concur and Crystal Reports.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the accounting team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address financial concerns and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing accounting software systems to improve workflow.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the financial processes.
