$150,000•$190,000 per year Job Details•Controller About the Role We're looking for a seasoned Controller to oversee all financial and accounting operations across our affiliate network. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for producing accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The right candidate brings deep GAAP knowledge, healthcare experience, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment. What You'll Own Day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP Internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and financial integrity Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in partnership with the CFO Performance analysis across departments and service lines — identifying trends and recommending improvements Audit coordination and primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies Payroll monitoring, reconciliation of cost allocations, withholdings, and liabilities Leadership, training, and performance management of the accounting team What We're Looking For 10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience Prior experience managing budgets in excess of $300M Healthcare billing and finance background strongly preferred Advanced degree in Accounting or MBA; CPA highly preferred Strong GAAP knowledge including Cash Basis accounting Experience with month-end/year-end close, financial statement preparation, and GL functions Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operational leadership A bit about us:•Our client is a nationally recognized, multi-site healthcare organization that has been a leader in our specialty.
