Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end financial controlling and business partnering for the Service Division in a manufacturing environment. Ensures financial accuracy, forecast discipline, SAP system integrity, backlog control, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities Financial Controlling & Forecasting Own forecasting cycles (FC0, FC3, FC6, FC9, Budget) Perform accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with corporate controlling standards Backlog & Order Management Maintain accuracy of service backlog and open orders Ensure correct revenue recognition, cost alignment, and margin accuracy Perform continuous data validation and issue resolution with operations teams Business Partnering Support Service Management with financial insights on profitability, margins, risks, and opportunities Challenge assumptions and support decision-making with data Communicate financial results to non-finance stakeholders SAP & Manufacturing Finance Manage SAP-based service orders and cost structures Ensure accurate financial setup and reporting Support process and system improvements in manufacturing accounting Audit & Compliance Prepare audit documentation for interim and year-end audits Ensure continuous audit readiness and compliance Requirements 7+ years in manufacturing finance/controlling Strong SAP (manufacturing/service) experience required Solid understanding of manufacturing accounting Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills Apply at RPM Staffing.net, RPM Staffing is located at 1803 W Ferguson Rd.
