Vice President - Investment Banking (Energy Transition & Renewables) Overview Join a growing Energy Transition team focused on solar, battery storage, and renewable infrastructure. Opportunity to lead both M&A and project finance transactions. High-autonomy role with direct exposure to senior leadership and clients. Clear path toward increased leadership and origination responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead transaction execution from pitch through close. Build and review complex financial and project finance models. Manage client communications, presentations, and deliverables. Oversee Associates and Analysts while coordinating diligence and deal processes. Transaction Exposure Sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory. Project finance and structured finance assignments. Solar, battery storage, and distributed generation platforms. Tax credit-driven and hybrid corporate finance transactions. Qualifications 5-10 years of investment banking, project finance, or related advisory experience. Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities. Experience managing transactions independently. Renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or energy transition background preferred. Ideal Candidate Wants full ownership of deal execution and client interaction.
