Position Overview The Junior Controller supports the finance team by assisting in financial planning, reporting, and internal controls. This role is ideal for a candidate growing into full controller responsibilities, handling multiple aspects of financial management under supervision.

Annual Salary:

$40,000 Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Support budget preparation and variance analysis Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with policies Prepare account reconciliations and support audits Collaborate with department heads on financial planning Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights

Compensation & Benefits:
