Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Controller with experience in all accounting and financial functions for the company, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and effective cash flow management. This role plays a key part in managing construction-specific accounting processes, including job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitability. Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial statements Oversee general ledger, account reconciliations, and closing processes Monitor job costs, WIP schedules, and project profitability Support project managers with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis Manage cash flow, billing (including progress billing and retainage), and collections Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with external partners (auditors, banks, tax advisors) Great company with benefits.
