Director of Deals High Mesa Operations El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time $150,000 - $170,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Financial sales Management Regulatory compliance Overseeing compliance functions Leadership Dealership experience Full Job Description Position Summary The Director of Deals is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's finance and deal structuring process. This role ensures deals are structured for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies, lender guidelines, and federal/state regulations. Key Responsibilities Structure and finalize all vehicle deals (cash, finance, lease) Work closely with sales managers to maximize front-end and back-end gross Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals Present and sell finance products (warranties, GAP, backend products) Ensure all deals meet compliance standards (FTC, lender guidelines, etc.) Review deal jackets for accuracy before funding Train and support F&I managers and sales team Monitor lender relationships and approvals Track performance metrics (PVR, penetration rates, funding time) Qualifications 3+ years in automotive F&I or deal structuring Prior experience as Finance Manager or Desk Manager preferred Strong knowledge of: Lender programs Credit structuring (prime & subprime) Compliance regulations Proven track record of high gross and product penetration Strong communication and leadership skills
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
