Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is looking to hire an experienced Controller in Flower Mound , TX ! The ideal candidate will lead the financial operations and support the company's ongoing growth. In this handson role, you'll manage all daily accounting functions, oversee and mentor a team of four, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls. You'll prepare monthly and annual financial reports, and work closely with ownership to provide insights that guide budgeting, forecasting, and key business decisions. This role is ideal for a detaildriven professional who thrives in a collaborative, fastmoving environment and isn't afraid to step in during highvolume periods to keep operations running smoothly.
