  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Financial Controller with experience in the construction industry to join our team in Fort Worth. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and financial regulations Proficient in financial software and MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the construction projects Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial audits Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs and profitability Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making Supervise the finance team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting •
