Job Description As the Assistant Controller, you will report into the senior finance leadership team and play a critical role partnering with operations to enhance project performance and financial control. Partner closely with project teams to deliver accurate project-level financial reporting Manage job cost tracking, work-in-progress reporting, and revenue recognition Support forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis across live projects Prepare and maintain schedules of contracts, billings, and accruals Lead cost and revenue review processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Support internal and external audit processes, including interaction with third-party auditors Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and systems MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
