Director of Finance | Mission-Driven Nonprofit | CPA Required Ready to use your financial leadership to make a global impact? High Profile has partnered with a respected faith-based nonprofit seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance to lead financial operations, drive organizational strategy, and support humanitarian initiatives across the U.S. and internationally. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership and the Board to shape financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Lead all finance operations, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance, audit readiness, and financial integrity. Deliver executive-level financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic insights to support key business decisions. Oversee financial operations for both U.S. and international offices while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
CPA (Texas or California) with a bachelor's degree (master's preferred). 8+ years of progressive Nonprofit accounting experience Significant senior-level finance leadership or management experience. Experience with global or international financial operations is a plus. Proficiency with Salesforce, SAGE, and Navision is highly desirable. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executives and Board members. Why This Opportunity?
