Assitant Finance Director

Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing the organization's financial strategy aligned with long-term goals and regulatory standards Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost management Lead the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards) Manage risk analysis processes to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies Supervise treasury management activities such as cash flow analysis, investment management, and budget forecasting to optimize fiscal resources Ensure timely regulatory reporting and compliance with governmental accounting standards for non-profit or public sector organizations Support strategic planning initiatives by providing insightful financial analysis, profit & loss assessments, and cost control recommendations Facilitate audit processes by maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions and supporting documentation Lead a team of finance professionals through coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred Extensive experience in corporate finance, governmental accounting, or non-profit accounting environments Deep knowledge of

IFRS, GAAP, ASC 606
