In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of automotive financing, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while driving profitability and compliance. Your leadership will inspire a team of finance professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, negotiate effectively, and maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities Lead the dealership's finance operations, including loan processing, credit analysis, and contract negotiations, ensuring adherence to TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations. Build strong customer relationships by providing transparent financial options, upselling additional products, and delivering outstanding service throughout the sales process. Manage and develop the finance team to achieve sales targets, improve skills in negotiation, and enhance overall performance. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling vehicle protection plans, extended warranties, and other financial products. Oversee title processing, deal structuring, and compliance with all legal requirements related to auto financing. Utilize financial software efficiently for loan approval workflows, credit checks, and documentation management. Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility while maintaining a focus on responsible lending practices. Job Responsibilities Lead the dealership's customer loan origination and approval process, maintaining strong relationships with both prime and subprime lenders. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all federal, state, and dealership documentation. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Finance Managers, fostering collaboration across departments. Drive performance by setting and achieving monthly income forecasts, product penetration goals, and CSI benchmarks. Present and sell value-added products such as service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection plans.
What You Bring:
A dynamic, relationship-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proven success in creating a positive, high-integrity sales environment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an F&I Producer; prior Director-level experience is highly preferred. Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
