Controller Salary:

Controller:
- Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Manage and optimize Banner financial systems
- Ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance
- Develop, mentor, and supervise the accounting team
- Participate in university committees and strategic initiatives Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Banner software
- Strong GAAP and financial statement expertise
- Proven accounting management experience
