We're seeking a Regional Vice President to spearhead operations for one of our largest and fastest-growing markets , overseeing a dynamic portfolio of communities. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to drive operational excellence, build and inspire top-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional client experience in the HOA space. What You'll Do:
Lead Market Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations for a large-scale HOA portfolio, ensuring excellence in service delivery and resident satisfaction. Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team including Directors, CAMs (Community Association Managers), and ACAMs. Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the second level of escalation for complex HOA-related issues, maintaining strong, proactive relationships with Boards and committees. Drive Performance:
Ensure your team exceeds expectations by aligning operations with service-level agreements (SLAs), deadlines, and strategic goals. Onboarding & Transitions:
Guide successful onboarding of new HOA clients in partnership with the Client Services Group. Vendor & Maintenance Oversight:
Manage vendor partnerships and resolve construction and maintenance issues across the portfolio. Financial Acumen:
Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to community association best practices. Operational Excellence:
Constantly identify opportunities for process improvement, service innovation, and operational efficiencies. Culture Champion:

Certification preferred - CMCA. Minimum 5 years of property management /community management experience in addition to other professional work experiences demonstrating leadership capabilities. Developer portfolio experience. Familiar with vendor management, and construction and maintenance issues. Ability to motivate, cultivate and negotiate with committees Motivate, cultivate and negotiate with stakeholders. Ability to effectively partner with executive leaders including, prior owner/operators, and VP's. Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. High integrity, honesty, professionalism, and customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc). Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer and printer. Constantly positions self to maintain files in file cabinets. The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20lbs across the office for various needs. Works in outdoor weather conditions while onsite at various communities. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs. Pay and Benefits:
$85,000 to $105,000 , depending on education and experience. Benefits include:
