Job Description

Galilee Community Development Corporation Job Description Position:
Finance Controller Job Summary:
Manage the financials through QuickBooks, tracking grant programs, expenses and payroll.
Salary:
40 hours, Monday - Friday. Starting pay is $23-$25 per hour with performance increase yearly. Participation in the 401K and benefits available after 30 days.
Essential Job Functions:
Understanding of QuickBooks, desktop version preferrable. Ability to gather statistics and information for grant reports. Understanding of Microsoft Office. When necessary, attend trainings or conferences. Keep Executive Director informed of project progress.
Experience:
At least 1 year of QuickBooks experience.
Knowledge :
Basic understanding of grants and nonprofits preferrable.
Skills :
Bookkeeping preferrable or a good understanding of accounting.
Abilities :
Need to be able to multi-task and be organized, work well with others, and work semi- independently to accomplish the task.
