About the job The Finance Director is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for driving financial performance, operational discipline, and strategic growth across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to develop and execute financial plans, establish key performance metrics, and ensure alignment between business strategy and financial outcomes. The Finance Director will lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis while driving accountability across the business to deliver profitable growth. Primary Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the companys annual budget, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Drive visibility into financial performance, including revenue, margins, EBITDA, and operating expenses Partner with executive leadership to establish and monitor key financial and operational metrics Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes Ensure financial discipline across the organization through cost management and resource allocation oversight Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and drive accountability against financial targets Support M&A activity through financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning Improve financial systems, reporting infrastructure, and data accuracy Prepare and present executive-level reporting for leadership and board discussions Key Performance Metrics EBITDA growth and margin expansion Forecast accuracy and reporting reliability Revenue and cost performance relative to plan Operational efficiency improvements Financial visibility across business units Successful support of strategic growth initiatives (including M&A) Required Skills 712+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial leadership roles Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities Experience partnering with senior leadership in a high-growth environment Proven ability to drive financial discipline and accountability across an organization Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and data analysis Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-execution environment Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
