President - Walworth U.S. Company Overview Kalusha Investments serves as the shared services platform for the Walworth Group's U.S. operations, supporting entities including TWC The Valve Company, Premier Valve & Field Services, and KNR Pipeline Services. The organization operates within the oil & gas and industrial services sector, providing valve distribution, field services, and pipeline solutions. Kalusha Investments centralizes finance, accounting, and administrative functions to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable growth across all U.S. entities while aligning with the strategies of the worldwide Walworth organization. Position Overview The Financial Controller will lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for multiple U.S. entities under the Walworth Group, operating through Kalusha Investments' shared services structure. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls. The Controller will work cross-functionally with U.S. operational leadership and collaborate closely with the parent company finance team to ensure alignment in reporting, processes, and financial standards. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Close Process Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across all U.S. entities Prepare and review consolidated financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to executive leadership Shared Services & Multi-Entity Oversight Oversee accounting operations across multiple U.S. entities within the shared services model Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations Standardize accounting processes and procedures across all business units Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement within the shared services function Accounts Receivable (AR) & Working Capital Management Oversee fullcycle Accounts Receivable processes across all entities Monitor and improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and aging reports Partner with sales and operations to drive timely collections and resolve disputes Establish and enforce credit policies and collection strategies Improve overall working capital performance and cash conversion cycle Treasury & Cash Management Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple entities Develop and maintain shortterm and longterm cash flow forecasts Oversee banking relationships, wire/ACH activity, and fund transfers Ensure adequate liquidity to support operations and growth initiatives Implement controls and processes around cash handling and disbursements Systems & ERP Management Oversee and manage accounting systems across multiple entities Ensure data integrity, proper system configuration, and consistent use across entities Lead system improvements, integrations, and potential future ERP transitions (e.g., Epicor or similar) Develop reporting structures and dashboards within multiple ERP systems, including Epicor and QuickBooks, to support business decisions International Coordination (Walworth Parent Company) Act as the primary finance liaison between U.S. entities and the parent company accounting team Ensure alignment on reporting timelines, policies, and procedures Facilitate clear and effective crossborder communication Support integration of financial processes between U.S. and parent company operations Internal Controls, Compliance & Audit Develop and maintain strong internal controls across all entities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Coordinate and support external audits and tax reporting Identify and mitigate financial risks Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership Monitor key financial metrics (revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, DSO, etc.) Partner with operations to improve financial performance Leadership & Business Partnership Lead and develop accounting staff within the shared services structure Serve as a strategic partner to operations, sales, and executive leadership Support decisionmaking through financial analysis and reporting Drive accountability and performance across the finance function Compensation Structure Base Salary Competitive base salary aligned with experience, scope, and multientity responsibility Reflective of scope across multientity service operations Annual Incentive (KPO-Based Bonus) Performancedriven bonus aligned with the company's financial and operational goals. Paid annually based on achievement Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 710+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Experience in oil & gas, industrial services, or manufacturing preferred Strong experience managing multientity accounting environments Experience using multiple ERP systems, including Epicor and QuickBooks, in a multientity or shared services environment required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) is a plus Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Key Competencies Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage complexity across multiple entities Excellent communication skills, including international collaboration High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to operate in a fastpaced, growthoriented environment Preferred Qualifications CPA certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Why Join Kalusha Investments / Walworth Group Lead finance across a growing multientity U.S. platform High visibility with executive leadership and global operations Opportunity to shape and scale a shared services finance function Exposure to international operations and strategic initiativesSimilar remote jobs
