The Hospital Financial Controller will report to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate with senior leadership while guiding accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost accounting, decision support, revenue integrity, audits, capital planning, productivity analytics, and internal controls; as a Financial Controller, the role receives cross-functional support from friendly nurses, physicians, APPs, pharmacists, therapists, case management, and a diverse administrative team to drive service line performance, optimize payer mix and reimbursement, strengthen supply chain value, enhance quality dashboards, and sustain a Just Culture of safety and continuous improvement across the hospital's interdisciplinary care environment.
