$100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year + bonus Davis Family Corporation, a privately-owned Southlake-based business group, seeks an experienced CPA Controller to oversee accounting, payroll, and tax filings across two entities: a software company and a dental practice. Solo Controller role reporting directly to the owner.
Start date:
ASAP. Responsibilities Full-cycle accounting for two entities Run payroll and ensure tax/labor compliance Prepare and file federal, state, and local taxes Produce monthly financial statements and management reports Maintain budgets, cash flow forecasts, and internal controls Coordinate with external CPAs/auditors as needed Required Qualifications Active CPA license 5+ years accounting/controller experience Multi-entity bookkeeping experience Payroll administration experience QuickBooks and Excel proficiency Preferred Qualifications Dental, healthcare, or SaaS/software industry experience Familiarity with Texas payroll and sales tax compliance
Compensation Base:
