Robert Half Management Resources is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join one our clients on an interim basis. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee financial operations, reporting, and cost accounting within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage tax filings and ensure adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain product costing systems to provide accurate cost analysis.
• Provide financial oversight and guidance to support strategic business decisions.
• Participate in month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance to drive improvements in cost and margin analysis.
• Support transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing cost understanding and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor standard cost accounting practices within the manufacturing environment.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Ensure the integrity of financial systems and processes across the organization.
