Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and strategic planning. As a key member of the leadership team, the Financial Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the implementation of effective financial controls to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Duties Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with organizational goals. Manage internal controls, audit processes, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing finance team. Implement and optimize financial software systems to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Monitor cash flow, manage treasury functions, and oversee banking relationships to maintain liquidity. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making. Ensure timely submission of financial reports and maintain transparency in financial operations. Qualifications Proven experience in financial management or as a senior accountant within a dynamic organization. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory standards, and financial software systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic financial plans aligned with organizational objectives. Proficiency in using advanced financial software tools is essential. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred but not mandatory. $76,438.56 - $92,055.04 per year
