Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As Vice President, Brand & Commercial Strategy, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Strategy, Insights, Analytics and Full Service Brands team, reporting to the SVP of Strategy, Insights & Full Service Brands, you will connect insights to action across the organization, strengthening strategic planning capabilities and identifying forward-looking opportunities that drive brand growth and commercial performance. What you'll do during a typical day: Lead the strategic direction of Hilton's brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, customer experience and long-term growth objectives Develop long-term commercial strategies inclusive of key organization objectives that deliver sustained RevPAR Index gains, and market share growth, including key areas of distribution and technology Guide analysis of customer experience across brands, identifying actionable opportunities to strengthen positioning and drive commercial performance Oversee competitive brand intelligence and market trend analysis to inform brand strategies, portfolio decisions, and growth opportunities Drive the annual planning and budgeting process, including prioritization of initiatives that maximize ROI and align with enterprise goals Evaluate new business opportunities, brand extensions, and cross-brand programs through financial modeling, market sizing, and strategic fit assessments Establish scalable tools, frameworks, and planning processes that enable consistent, data-driven decision-making across the Brands organization, particularly as it relates to the emphasis on owner profitability and growth Anticipate and remove roadblocks across strategic initiatives, ensuring effective execution from planning through delivery Champion a cross functional mindset by aligning strategies with revenue growth, guest experience, profitability, and owner value Lead partnership evaluation for Series by Hilton and oversee those on-going relationships as appropriate How you'll collaborate with others: Act as a trusted advisor to Brands, Commercial, Technology & Development leadership, providing consultative support grounded in analytics, insights, and structured planning Partner with Commercial, Finance, Revenue Management, and Marketing leaders to translate brand strategy into executable commercial growth plans Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across brand, operations, finance, and commercial functions Projects you'll take ownership of: Lead enterprise strategic planning and priority-setting, including ownership of the annual budget, portfolio planning, and brand strategy development to drive growth, guest experience, and commercial performance Lead cross-functional commercial strategy programs that align brand positioning with go-to-market execution, revenue optimization, and owner returns Evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities, brand extensions, and cross-brand initiatives, translating market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable, data-driven strategies What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Ten (10) years of experience in hospitality or related industries. Four (4) years of leading projects with multiple partners and teams. Four (4) years of management experience. Willing to travel up to 20%. It would be useful if you have: Four (4) years of experience leading projects with multiple partners and teams. Two (2) years of experience developing annual plans, corporate budgets, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprise. On-property hotel operations experience. BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent on the job experience.
