About the Role The Vice President Finance is responsible for leading all financial operations, reporting, planning, and commercial partnering across the Americas region. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, with a dotted‑line partnership to the SVP
- Food North America, this role oversees a growing, complex, relationship‑driven business.
You will lead financial management, statutory reporting, FP&A, treasury, commercial strategy, systems, and risk management within a global operating framework. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will influence strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong financial governance. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial operations, reporting, planning, and governance across the Americas region. Drive commercial performance through strategic partnering, pricing, and margin optimisation. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance insights. Strengthen financial systems, data integrity, and process efficiency. Build and develop a high‑performing Finance team and strong cross‑functional relationships. About You You are an experienced senior finance leader with a track record of driving performance in complex, multi‑site or international businesses. You combine strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to "connect the dots" across a dynamic business. You bring exceptional leadership capability, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to influence at the highest levels. You Will Bring Strong commercial acumen with proven business partnering capability across complex or global environments. Demonstrated leadership strength with the ability to build, mentor, and elevate high‑performing teams. Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a strategic, solutions‑focused mindset. Deep understanding of financial governance, risk management, compliance, and systems/process improvement. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (CA/CPA preferred).
