Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and strengthen internal controls to uphold financial accuracy.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and fostering opportunities for growth and skill development.
• Collaborate with other departments to support accurate financial reporting and decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and deliver detailed explanations to management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning efforts.
• Act as the primary liaison with auditors and manage relationships with external financial service providers.
• Support system enhancements and process optimization to improve overall financial operations.
