ABOUT NW AMBULANCE NW
Ambulance is a growing EMS provider delivering critical transport services across multiple locations in the Puget Sound region. We operate in a high-volume, operationally complex environment with outsourced billing and a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and financial performance. This is not a desk-bound accounting role. Success here requires genuine partnership with operations leadership and active engagement with the realities of a 24/7 EMS organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, and provide clear visibility into company performance. You'll serve as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership and operations — guiding decisions through accurate reporting, operational insight, and financial forecasting. This role is empowered to improve processes, strengthen controls, and modernize our financial reporting systems. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally disciplined, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
