This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity reporting directly to an exceptional Corporate Controller and CFO, with strong advancement potential as the company continues to expand. Key Highlights Lead and support accounting operations, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance. Partner with leadership on cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Oversee monthly close activities, inventory accounting, and cost analysis. Drive process improvements and optimization of ERP and financial systems. Manage and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of public audit experience required. Manufacturing accounting experience required. Strong Excel skills and experience working within ERP systems. Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting principles.
