• The Opportunity
• We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Project Leadership with demonstrated Biopharmaceutical and CRO experience to drive operational excellence across a dynamic portfolio of studies.

This strategic role combines hands-on project oversight, ensuring we deliver for our customers, maintain the highest quality standards, and execute with excellence. Within our high-performing culture you will ensure we deliver exceptional clinical service and serve as a strategic advisor in delivering service to clients.

• Key Accountabilities
• + Lead project delivery and hold teams accountable to milestones and deliverables + Own profitability, margin expansion, and cash flow targets across your portfolio + Drive operational data compliance, analytics, and process improvements + Participate in risk and quality governance across the portfolio + Build cross-functional partnerships and foster direct, purposeful communication + Develop talent, manage performance, lead by example + Lead or support department and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives + Manage account-level oversight and P&L responsibility as applicable •Required Qualifications•

Experience:

• + Minimum 15+ years of project leadership experience in BioPharma or CRO + Proven track record leading high-performing teams in a global, matrix environment + Experience managing complex clinical trial portfolios across multiple phases + Strong business and financial acumen

• Skills & Competencies:

• + Exceptional communication and executive-level influence skills + Superior problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities + Ability to demonstrate value creation in a global matrix environment + Solution-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver on client commitments

• Education:
