Job Description

We are a high-growth, private equity-backed organization in the home services space, seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a multi-state region with full P&L ownership and oversight of multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for driving performance across key business metrics, including revenue growth, profitability, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and safety. The Regional Vice President will coach and develop field leadership while ensuring operational excellence and successful integration of acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Provide direct leadership and oversight for a multi-location region, with full accountability for financial and operational performance Drive revenue growth and profitability by closely managing key performance metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions Partner with field leadership to strengthen financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Lead and support monthly business reviews, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement across locations Coach and develop leaders at multiple levels, improving performance across operations and sales functions Monitor sales effectiveness and partner with regional leadership to drive consistent execution of sales strategies Support marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives Partner closely with internal teams to support acquisition activity, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration Drive employee engagement and retention through leadership development, succession planning, and performance management Ensure strong safety culture and adherence to operational standards across all locations Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement action plans where needed Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the region Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, and other corporate partners to align on business priorities Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility in a multi-site environment Experience in a high-volume, service-based or field-driven business Proven ability to lead distributed teams and develop leaders across multiple levels Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to drive measurable business results Experience in growth-oriented or acquisition-heavy environments is a plus Strong communication and leadership presence, with the ability to influence at all levels Additional Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to travel as needed within the region up to 75% Why This Opportunity Opportunity to lead a large, multi-state region within a growing organization High visibility role with direct impact on business performance Collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on growth and development Competitive compensation package including base, bonus, and long-term incentives
